A one day workshop to help you to connect to your womb centre.
There is lots of information on the seasons of the menstrual cycle and living within your energy means as well as loads of practical ideas for restoring and maintaining womb health, including a self massage, meditation, castor oil packs, yoni steams…..
The workshop fee of £75 is an important investment in your own health and includes a comprehensive information pack and all the resources you need to put the workshop ideas into practice.
