This is a 482 mile walk on the Old Pilgrims Path from St Jean Pied de Port in France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. He is fundraising for Surfers Against Sewage. This film showing is a pre walk fundraiser. All profit goes directly to Surfers Against Sewage. His walk is self financed (no money from this screening will be used to fund the walk). About the film – “Thousands of miles away from civilization, Midway Atoll is in one of the most remote places on earth. And yet its become ground zero for The Great Pacific Garbage Patch, syphoning plastics from three distant continents. In this independent documentary Angela Sun meets scientists, researchers, influencers, and volunteers who shed light on the effects of our rabid plastic consumption and learns the problem is more insidious than we could have ever imagine” http://plasticparadisemovie. com/
