DESCRIPTION:  \nWelcome to this introductory evening to generative trance. \n‘Trance’ states are a totally normal part of our everyday experience; reading a book\, driving a car or group behaviour like dance\, all require shifts in consciousness. But not all these ‘trances’ are conducive for creating the changes we would like. On the contrary some (unconsciously) produce the very problems and symptoms we would like to avoid. \nIn this ‘workshop’ we will be journeying together with presence and authenticity\, in synergy to co-create altered states of consciousness. \nIn the same way that a good friend with an attentive ear can provide insights just through their listening\, we will move through a structure of processes to develop trance states from which you can generate change\, ‘generative trances’. \nAs we explore\, I will be inviting you to tune into the subtle fields of your experiencing; sensations in your body\, images\, memories\, symbols\, textures\, colours\, shapes\, intuitions\, energies\, inspirations\, inclinations\, impulses……………… And through the process bring forth\, with childlike spontaneity\, whatever arises within you. \nTogether we will be creating a safe and holding space in which all these parts of you will be welcomed and woven into a unique trance state; an altered state to connect you with resources and insights that will help you to overcome obstacles/struggles and to make the changes that you would like to see unfolding in your life. \nTo find out more see\nhttps://www.edrooke.com/ \nEveryone is welcome. \nPayment by donation.
